## Narrative

An employee was helping to offload a three-bar while a second employee went to get a walkie forklift. The employee was grabbing some dunnage when the second employee passed and brushed the dunnage, which then pressed the employee s right knee between the dunnage and a pole. The employee suffered a fractured right knee.
