## Narrative

An employee was making a feed mill delivery at a customer location and squeezed his body into a gap between the semi-trailer and the loading dock before climbing into the back of the semi-trailer. Afterwards, the employee began experiencing upper body pain. The employee was hospitalized for a hernia.
