## Narrative

On 7/26/2018, an employee's finger was caught in an auger, resulting in a right middle finger amputation at the first digit. On 7/28/2018, an employee's fingers were caught in a belt and pulley powered by an electric motor, resulting in an amputation of the left index and middle fingers at the second knuckle.
