## Narrative

On August 7, 2018, an employee was erecting a framed scaffold when he fell approximately 11 feet from the scaffold to surface level, suffering a fractured vertebra, pulled muscles in the shoulder and back, a bruised sternum, and arm abrasions. He was hospitalized.
