## Narrative

An employee was on a roof, hanging Christmas lights along the edge. He fell off the edge, landing about 9 1/2 feet below with his heels on the edge of the sidewalk and the fronts of his feet in the grass. He suffered two fractured heels and, possibly, fractures to the left tibia and fibula. Fall protection was not being worn at the time of the incident.
