## Narrative

An employee was working in rooms along a hospital hallway, performing respiratory treatments for her assigned patients. She noticed a bleach smell in the hallway as she entered a room. While in the room she continued smelling bleach, so she put on a surgical mask and closed the door behind her. Later, after working in other rooms and removing her mask, she entered a room with a recliner that had been wiped down with bleach shortly before she entered.
