## Narrative

An employee was driving an electric stand-up pallet jack when another pallet jack driver struck him. This caused him to lose control of the pallet jack and to hit a metal railing. His left ankle hit the metal railing, resulting in a laceration and fracture to his left ankle. He was hospitalized.
