## Narrative

On October 14, 2019, an employee was operating an upcut saw. As the employee was loading approximately two inch by three quarter inch wood material into the saw, the employee's left hand was clamped into the saw's point of operation. The saw blade cycled and amputated four fingers. The employee was hospitalized.
