## Narrative

An employee climbed a 6-foot ladder to cut a tree branch. While cutting the tree branch with an electric saw, the employee lost balance and fell off the ladder sideways, landing on the left side of his back. The employee sustained fractures to the left wrist, ribs, and pelvis.
