## Narrative

On October 31, 2020, the injured employee was walking backwards while supporting part of a wall with two other employees. The injured employee slipped on frost, losing his balance and control of the wall. The injured employee fell and the wall fell on top of him. The employee suffered chest pain and cuts on his forehead.
