## Narrative

An employee was rebuilding a water hydrant. The employee removed the head from the hydrant and then went to the truck to get a rebuild kit. The employee was returning to the hydrant when he was struck by hydrant parts. The employee sustained a 6 to 8-inch laceration to the forehead.
