## Narrative

Three employees were installing new pins on the right and left lift arms of a skid steer. The left pin was removed while work was being done on the right pin. When the pin was removed, the lift arm assembly slid forward and its cross-member pinned an employee's legs. The employee suffered a leg fracture.
