## Narrative

Two employees were installing 15-inch PIPP liner in an outside storm drain. In order to adhere the liner to the pipe, hot water is run through the pipe from the back of the truck. The employees attempted to disengage the temporary tubing from the back of the truck when it ripped and sprayed hot water toward one of the employees, resulting in second degree burns to their legs that required hospitalization.
