## Narrative

An employee had just changed a bandsaw blade and was using the bandsaw to cut a part. His right hand contacted the "return" side of the blade, causing a deep laceration to the top right part of the hand near the knuckles of his ring and little fingers. He was hospitalized, undergoing surgery.
