## Narrative

On January 26, 2022, an employee was using a hoist and clamp to lift a box scraper from a horizontal position into a vertical position. The clamp slipped off of the scraper and the scraper fell to the floor, landing directly on the employee's left foot. The employee suffered a crushing injury to the left little toe and a broken bone in the adjoining toe. The employee was hospitalized.
