## Narrative

A Freehold Cartage, Inc., tank truck driver was loading flammable liquid from a storage tank. Shortly after loading began, the driver noticed the hose was jumping, indicating a interruption in product flow. After the pump was turned off the employee was told it was safe to disconnect the line, he released a clamp on the hose driver and was splashed with chemical. He suffered a second-degree chemical burn.
