## Narrative

An employee had just completed loading a trailer and went to raise the dock leveler when the dock unlock button was pressed. The truck pulled away, causing the dock plate to fall and the employee fell 3-4 feet from the ramp to the pavement below, sustaining a lower left leg fracture.
