## Narrative

An employee had loaded railroad ties into a customer's trailer. The employee was bending down to retrieve a strap between the railroad ties (that were on the forklift) and the tilt-up rail of the trailer. The customer pulled forward and the employee became caught between the customer's trailer and the forklift.
