• Severe Traumatic Brain Injury
• Intracranial Hypertension
• Intracranial Hemorrhage, Hypertensive

Interventions

• DRUG: Ketamine with propofol
• OTHER: Standard of Care propofol, fentanyl, dexmedetomidine, morphine, hydromorphone, midazolam, or lorazepam
