Violations of the Clean Water Act during the construction of the Bellgrove-Mica realignment of Highway 95 near Lake Coeur d'Alene in Northern Idaho. On August 1, 2011, the U.S. District Court, District of Idaho filed a ORDER GRANTING JOINT MOTION TO TERMINATE CONSENT DECREE. The Consent Decree entered by the Court on June 23, 2006, is hereby TERMINATED.
