On September 22, 2004, EPA entered into a Super-CAFO with Max Environmental Technologies, Inc. (���Max���), resolving three EPCRA 313 TRI reporting violations dating from 1999, 2000 and 2001. Max, located in Yukon, Pennsylvania operates a hazardous waste treatment facility.
The parties agreed to settle the violations for a penalty of $3,500. In 1999, 2000 and 2001 Max failed to file complete and accurate TRI Forms R required for Nitrate Compounds. Max promptly came into compliance and has updated its internal environmental processes to ensure continued compliance
