Seeking to remedy the following violations at the facility: (1) Failure to promptly secure a closure/control device on three hazardous waste tanks; (2) Failure to identify equipment regulated under 40 CFR Part 265 Subpart BB; (3) Failure to monitor equipment pursuant to 40 CFR Part 265 Subpart BB. Relief requested is compliance with the requirements.

EPA cited the facility for: (1) Failure to promptly secure a closure/control device on three hazardous waste tanks; (2) Failure ot identify equipment regulated under 40 CFR Part 265 Subpart BB; (3)Failure to monitor equipment pursuant to 40 CFR Part 265 Subpart BB. Pursuant to the settlement terms in this Compliance Agreement the facility has agreed to:(1)install and maintain closure devised (conservation vents) on its hazardous waste stroage tanks; (2) monitor the regulated valves on its hazardous waste storage tanks pursuant to 40 CFR 265.
