The site is approximately 19.4 acres, it did not file for a construction general permit. There were no storm water controls in place and they did not have a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. The facility will be required to develop and implement a SWPPP and fix controls. Constructin at the site is nearly completed. The site was referred to the Water Compliance Branch by the Wetlands Section
