Lonesome Dove Transports and Frac Tank Rentals CWA-06-2005-2069 TXU010752 VIOLATIONS: The Respondent�s facility was a �point source� �discharge� of �pollutants,� specifically oil field brine, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Walker Branch, located in Wise County, Texas. An June 30, 2005, EPA inspection documented the discharge of oil field brine from the facility. RELIEF: RELIEF: The Order specifies that the Respondent should take steps to cease all discharges of pollutants and to neutralize the brine contaminated areas.
