The site is approximately 5 acres, it has a CES Plan but did not have a construction general permit, it did have some storm water controls and did not have a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. An Administrative Order was issued for the facility to develop and implement a SWPPP, to submit an NOI, obtain a PErmit and provide information. As of March 1, 2006, the facility did not comply.
