On July 24, 2014, Region 10 filed an Expedited Settlement Agreement to resolve Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) violations at Albina Asphalt Company - Terminal 1 in Vancouver, Washington that occurred in May, 2013. The facility had a deficient SPCC plan and inadequate secondary containment. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $1,100 and correct the violations within 60 days.
