On January 21, 2015, a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) was issued to Pinnacle Oilfield Services, Inc. (Pinnacle) of Broussard, Louisiana to resolve RCRA violations discovered during the review of data from Pinnacle?s hazardous waste activities. The data revealed that on several occasions, Pinnacle generated quantities of waste that triggered the large quantity generator requirements, and during those periods, Pinnacle continued to notify and operate as a conditionally exempt small quantity generator of hazardous waste. Pinnacle was identified based on the targeting efforts. The CAFO requires the payment of $146,585 and compliance with RCRA regulations.
