An EPA Contractor performed an inspection on January 22, 2014 and found a failure to perform annual line tightness test or perform monthly monitoring on pressurized piping, failure to conduct line tightness testing or use monthly monitoring on suction piping, and a failure to provide adequate line leak detection system for underground piping.
