On August 12, 2015, a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) will be issued to E&M Supply Group (E&M) of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana to resolve RCRA violations discovered during the review of data from E&M?s hazardous waste activities. The data revealed that on several occasions, E&M generated quantities of waste that triggered the large quantity generator requirements, and during those periods, E&M continued to notify and operate as a conditionally exempt small quantity generator of hazardous waste. E&M was identified based on the targeting efforts. The CAFO requires the payment of $108,768 and compliance with RCRA regulations.
