On August 31, 2016, Region 10 filed an expedited settlement agreement and final order with Dreamstate, Inc., Bottle Bay Resort Marina, the owner of underground storage tanks (USTs) at a facility in Sagle, Idaho, to address underground storage tank violations. The ESA requires Dreamstate, Inc. to pay a $1,700 penalty for failure to monitor their tank at least every 30 days for releases. Dreamstate, Inc., also provided a copy of a leak test for the tank.
