FY17: The ESD modifies the ROD by adding a new dredge area, reducing dredge depth in certain areas and changing certain of the areas requiring land use controls (LUCs), and requiring placement of cap material underneath a quay wall overhang. The ESD also documents increased remedy implementation cost.
