This was one of several facilities inspected in NJ in fulfillment of the USTCA inspection requirement. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-1151, in the amount of $750, for the following violations: 280.21(d): failure to provide overfill prevention for an existing tank; 280.41(a): failure to monitor tanks at least every 30 days; and 280.44(a): failure to conduct annual test of the automatic line leak detectors.
