This facility was inspected in response to a citizen complaint. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-1239, in the amount of $750, for the following violations: 280.31(b): failure to ensure proper operation of cathodic protection system; 280.41(a): failure to monitor tanks and piping at least every 30 days; 280.44(a): failure to provide ALLD for undergound piping; and 280.44(a): failure to conduct annual test of the ALLDs.
