A compliance evaluation inspection was conducted 6/5/02 and the facility was found to be in non-compliance with the requirements of the General Permit for Storm Water Discharges from Construction Activities. Administrative Order CWA-06-2003-1793 was drafted and routed 1/7/03.
**RELIEF SOUGHT: 1) Within 30 days, Respondent shall make a complete and correct application for permit coverage, and shall submit to EPA, a copy of the application and a copy of the confirmation of coverage; 2) Within 30 days, Respondent shall take whatever corrective action is necessary to correct the deficiencies and eliminate and prevent recurrence of the violations, and shall submit a written report detailing the specific activities taken; 3) If complete correction of the violations is not possible within 30 days, submit a comprehensive plan to do so; and 4) Within 45 days, arrange a Show Cause meeting with EPA
