Abstract
This action amends the operating permits regulations of EPA. Those regulations were originally promulgated on July 21, 1992. These amendments will extend up to December 1, 2001 all operating permits program interim approvals. This action will allow the time needed for permitting authorities to correct all remaining interim approval deficiencies and obtain full approval for their operating permits programs.
