This regulation establishes tolerances for residues of tebufenozide [benzoic acid, 3,5-dimethyl-1-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-2-(4- ethylbenzoyl)hydrazide], in or on the tree nut crop group (including pistachios) at 0.1 part per million (ppm) and on almond hulls at 25 ppm. Rohm and Haas Company requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
