EPA is taking final action to approve revisions to the operating permit program of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville- Davidson County (TN). The County's operating permit program was submitted in response to the directive in the 1990 Clean Air Act (CAA) Amendments that states develop, and submit to EPA, programs for issuing operating permits to all major stationary sources and to certain other sources within the states' jurisdiction. EPA granted full approval to the County's operating permit program on February 14, 1996. The County has revised its program since it received full approval and this action approves those revisions.
