Abstract

This regulation establishes time-limited tolerances for residues of buprofezin in or on lettuce, head; lettuce, leaf; and vegetables, cucurbits. Aventis CropScience requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996. The tolerances will expire on December 31, 2004.
