Abstract
EPA is finalizing limited approval and limited disapproval of revisions to the Tehama County Air Pollution Control District (TCAPCD) portions of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). The actions were proposed in the Federal Register on April 17, 2000, and concern control of emissions of oxides of nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>) from industrial, institutional, and commercial boilers, steam generators, and process heaters, stationary piston engines, and stationary gas turbines. Under authority of the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act), this action simultaneously approves local rules that regulate these emission sources and directs California to correct rule deficiencies.
