EPA is approving a variety of revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Kansas. These revisions include revising and renumbering regulatory definitions, streamlining opacity requirements, expanding testing of gasoline delivery vehicles, and methods for calculating actual emissions. These revisions enhance and strengthen the SIP to promote attainment and maintenance of established air quality standards.
