Abstract
The EPA is approving a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This submittal contains a revised Stage II vapor recovery regulation. The intended effect of this action is to approve Massachusetts' revised Stage II rule. This action is being taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
