Abstract
EPA is approving a revision to the Jefferson County portion of the Kentucky State Implementation Plan (SIP) to allow the Air Pollution Control District of Jefferson County (APCDJC) to issue Federally enforceable district origin operating permits (FEDOOP). On November 10, 1998, the APCDJC through the Kentucky Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Cabinet (KNREPC) submitted a SIP revision fulfilling the requirements necessary for the FEDOOP program to become federally enforceable.
