Abstract

This regulation establishes tolerances for mepiquat chloride regulated as N,N-dimethylpiperidinium chloride in or on grapes and raisins. BASF Corporation requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
