This regulation establishes a time-limited tolerance for the combined residues of imidacloprid and its metabolites containing the 6- chloropyridinyl moiety in or on corn, field fodder, forage, and grain. Gustafson, Incorporated requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) of 1996. The tolerance will expire on December 31, 2000.
