Abstract
EPA is taking direct final action approving revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions concern rules from the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District. These rules were submitted by the State of California on behalf of the District to apply as general provisions for the implementation of NSR and other SIP requirements for stationary sources in the District.
