This regulation establishes a tolerance for residues of diclosulam, N-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)-5-ethoxy-7- fluoro[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine-2-sulfonamide], in or on soybean seed and peanut nutmeat. Dow AgroSciences requested this tolerance under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996.
