EPA issued a final rule in the Federal Register of January 12, 2000, establishing tolerances for spinosad. This document is being issued to correct tolerances for "animal feed, nongrass, group" at 0.02 ppm, "apple" at 0.2 ppm, "barley, grain" at 0.02 ppm, and "teosinte, grain" at 0.02 ppm.
