Abstract
EPA is approving two State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. These SIP submittals include revisions to regulations for controlling volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, including emissions from marine vessel loading and consumer products. The intended effect of this action is to approve the revised regulations into the Massachusetts SIP. This action is being taken in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
