Abstract
EPA is taking direct final action on revisions to the California State Implementation Plan. The revisions are rules from the Butte County Air Quality Management District (BCAQMD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). Under authority of the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act), we are approving or rescinding local rules that address general permitting requirements for stationary sources in the BCAQMD.
