Abstract

EPA is approving the New York supplementary submittal for meeting EPA's conditional approval of the New York State Plan for regulating existing MSW Landfills. The State Plan establishes performance standards for existing Municipal Solid Waste landfills located in New York State and provides for the implementation and enforcement of those standards, which will reduce the designated pollutants.
